-Hyde's way of avoid jet lag-
Jet lag ? I've got used to it now. I went there many times so my body leant how to avoid it. I should sleep in the airplane, to keep up with people there. it's getting accustomed. When I get on a plane, I get sleep asap. I say 'I don't want a meal'. (to cabin crew) I ate it before because it's included in the airticket, (laugh) but if I go to London, I'd better go to sleep and wake up early as possible.
Because... , I arrive there normally in the afternoon, about 2 or 3 pm. If I didn't sleep early, I can not keep a pace with people there. When I get in an airplane, I feel like I'm in London and the time in London is late at night, so I should go to sleep too. As soon as I get on the plane, I try sleep as early as I can. (laugh) Because it takes 12 hours to get there, so usually, I don't sleep the day before the fight. Therefore, I can sleep about 8 hours in the plane. Although I couldn't sleep well before, I can sleep very well nowadays.
Then eat a meal when I wake up... even I said 'I don't want it', they keep it for me ... of course, food which 8 hours old is not very nice. (laugh) They reheat the meal for me, yes, but for example... sushi can not be reheat, right ? so its rice got little bit hard...
On the return fight, I think of the time of Japan,... but I'm not thinking about it as much as when I'm going. In Japan, I awake in the night and sleep in the day time.. so I'm not worry about suffuring a jet lag when I go back home..
